Hi John!
Do I need an entry form? If so can you email me one that I can print, fill out, scan and email back? I haven't painted or drawn anything in 5 years, not sure I can still do it, but will give it a go.
Please send me the address and how I should put it on the envelope, to make sure it gets there from here.
